PIP Overview

PIP Status

Shows what stage the PIP is currently at.

  • In Progress

  • Completed

  • Cancelled

Summary

An AI generated summary which takes into account details entered upon creating the PIP. Details such as parameters and how progress will be monitored are also stated here.

Risk Assessment

In order to have a better understanding on the PIP process, active PIPs are given Risk Ratings which can be seen by HR and Line Managers. Factors such as the number and results of check-ins completed and the sentiment feedback from each check-in are considered.

Solid Progress - On track. Minimal intervention is needed

On Track - Some concerns. Increased monitoring is recommended

At Risk - Significant risks. Immediate action is required.

Critical - Failing PIP. Escalation is necessary.

⚠️High risk assessment results will recommend HR Review before formal action.

Plan Settings

Contains employee information and vital details of the PIP. These can be configured as long as the PIP is Active.

  • Employee Email

  • PIP Type

  • PIP Duration

  • Job Title

  • Frequency

  • Start Date

  • End Date

  • Job Description

  • Reasons for PIP

Next Meeting

View upcoming meetings.

Shared with

A list of all users with whom a PIP has been shared. This enhances transparency by displaying the names, roles, and permission levels of shared users directly on the PIP details.

Goals

Manually added or AI generated goals set by the HR or Line Manager to ensure that the Employee has a clear path set in order to improve.

Check-ins

Check-ins are regular meetings held at set intervals to make sure that the goals of the PIP are met.

Sentiments

The Manager and Employee's sentiments are collected across all completed check-ins and are plotted on a line chart. This helps the user get a better view on how the PIP is going.

Documents

To document prior efforts/feedback to improve employee performance, an HR or line manager can update evidence of past communication to the employee showing attempts to improve performance.

Upload supporting files or documents by clicking on the "Attachment" icon and select the file to upload. Add a comment and click on Save Comment.

Audit Log

For added transparency, compliance, and improved cross-team alignment, You can view an audit history section within the PIP details screen to see a complete history of changes to a PIP.
