Informal Plans are a structured way to address performance concerns before a formal Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) is necessary. These are automatically pre-populated with standard action items to help you track that the necessary steps were taken.
To get started, an assessment needs to be done. Based on the results, an Informal Plan may be suggested instead of a PIP. Simply click on Proceed to Informal Plan to start.
