The following security roles are available in Performerly:
HR Lead
As an HR Lead, you have full access to the platform and all PIPs.
You can:
Configure Performerly settings.
Manage user access.
View, create, edit, and manage all PIPs.
Line Manager
As a Manager, you can create and manage PIPs for your team.
You can:
Create and edit PIPs for your direct reports.
View PIPs you’ve created or that have been shared with you.
Add updates, track progress, and document coaching efforts.
Employee
As an Employee, you’ll only have access to your own PIP.
You can:
View your personal PIP.
Add check-in notes and updates.
See your goals and progress as set by your manager.
